The benefits of dry brushing

The best way to cleanse your body both outside and inside!

Brushing the skin is not something we would normally have in our daily beauty routine - much less dry.

Much less when most of us have barely enough time to get in and out of the shower.

But getting up early is one of the keys to being more productive, now you can include dry skin brushing in your morning routine, which in addition to exfoliating the skin is beneficial for your health.

Stimulates the lymphatic system

Brushing the skin dry accelerates the transport of oxygen to the cells of the body and tissues, helping the lymph nodes, ducts and vessels to detoxify the blood.

And so you will be preventing (or suppressing) the formation of cellulite , varicose veins and spots on the skin.

Exfoliate your skin

The process of brushing your skin with natural bristles helps exfoliate and remove clogged pores, buried hairs and dead skin cells.

After a few sessions you will notice that the skin will be smoother - and since you will no longer have clogged pores, it will have a  greater ability to absorb the products you use , whether they are moisturizing, anti-cellulite or rejuvenating.

Increase energy

By stimulating blood flow and circulation you are stimulating not only your skin and your body, but your mind as well.

That is why it is more recommended to include it in your morning routine and not do it at night (avoid these foods as well) .

Other tips

* You should always brush towards the heart, starting under your feet and working upwards.

* Try to give long, straight and smooth strokes that match your skin sensitivity - listen to your body!

* How you are stimulating your body to release toxins you must drink twice as much water to double the effect.

Also remember that the key is to do it dry.

Dry brushing activates microcirculation in the area that we want to exfoliate, promoting cell regeneration, gently removing dead cells from the skin's surface and preparing it to absorb the hydrating nutrients that you give it.

And the result? - a luminous, smooth skin without the appearance of orange peel. And if you think about it, it's one of the ways to get movie skin without spending a penny!

Finally, it is acknowledged that it can (and should) be done every day - effectiveness lies in constancy, repeat each line three times and if you want to make it more complete, finish with circular movements.

Say goodbye to crocodile skin once and for all and hello to shiny and smooth skin!
